Baked apples with surprise
- large apples;
- 1 tablespoon honey;
- 1 teaspoon raisins;
- 40 g walnuts;
- ½ Teaspoon ground cinnamon.
All ingredients are listed per serving. If you want to cook more, just increase them in proportion to the required amount.
Method of preparation:
Cut off the tops of pre-washed apples and carefully cut the core.
Nuts with raisins grind a little and mix with honey.
Place the nut mixture inside the apples and place them in a baking tray, at the bottom of which pour a little water (about 1 cm).
Sprinkle the apples with cinnamon and place in a preheated 200-degree oven for half an hour (cooking time may vary slightly depending on the variety of apples).
As soon as the dessert cools, you can serve it to the table.
Baked apples with nuts and cinnamon are ideal for Breakfast or afternoon tea, and can also be offered as a nice addition to lunch or dinner.
