Chia pudding with mango

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp. Chia seeds
  • 12 tbsp.(200-250ml) Coconut milk
  • 1 Mango 
  • Coconut to taste
  • Blueberries to taste
  • Raspberry to taste
  • BlackBerry to taste

Method of preparation:

Chia Seeds pour into a bowl, pour coconut milk and mix well. Leave to swell for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Puree the mango in a blender. Place the mango puree on the bottom of a serving сup and the finished Chia seeds on top. Serve dessert, garnish with berries and coconut crunches.   Dessert layers can be changed at will. You can decorate the top with slices of mango and mint leaves or berries and coconut crunches if you want you can leave it as is.

Options for this dessert with Chia can be many. Coconut milk can be replaced with almond milk, and any berries and fruits can be added instead of mango. Complement the taste can be natural cocoa, vanilla or cinnamon.

You can also put the pudding in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.

These puddings fit perfectly in that category of breakfast/dessert. Perfect for breakfast or dessert.
