Chicken fillet with pineapples and cheese


  • 300 g.┬áchicken fillet
  • 120g. Yogurt
  • 1 tsp. Mustard regular


  • Pineapple canned
  • 80g. Cheese hard

Method of preparation:

Chicken fillet cut as chops lightly beat them.
Sprinkle the chicken with salt, pepper, favorite chicken seasonings.
Finely chop the pineapple.
Place the chicken on a baking sheet and brush with a thin layer of yogurt and mustard sauce on top.
Arrange the cubes of pineapples, pour the remaining sauce.
Sprinkle the chicken fillet with grated cheese on top.
Place in a preheated 180-degree oven and bake for 20 minutes.
