  • Green beans 400 g;
  • Tomato 250 g;
  • Red onion 1/2 PC;
  • Feta cheese 150 g;
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper;
  • Vegetable oil 4 tbsp;
  • French mustard with beans 1 tsp.

Method of preparation:

Beans cut into pieces no longer than 4-5 cm. Put in boiling salted water and boil for 2-3 minutes until tender.
Ready beans immediately throw in a colander, pour cold water, so it does not lose color.
Finely chop the red salad onions.
Slice the tomatoes. Cut the cheese into cubes.
Combine beans with onions, tomatoes, and cheese.
Season the salad with a mixture of oil and mustard, salt and pepper to taste. Gently stir. Bon appetit!
