Potato slices on skewers, baked in the oven
- 8-10pcs. Potatoes
- Herbes de Provence
- Olive oil
- Wash sesame
Method of preparation:
Potatoes completely with a brush under running water, dry, cut into pieces.
Dip the potato pieces in boiling water and cook for 5 minutes, from the moment of boiling.
Drain the water and dry the potatoes.
On wooden skewers carefully put the potato pieces, gently salt, drizzle with oil, spray liberally with spices, cumin, sesame.
Place the potato skewers on a greased baking sheet, cover with foil and location in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
Serve potato slices with fresh vegetables, any sauce. The peculiarity of all potato dishes is that the simpler the recipes, the tastier they are obtained.
