Seafood salad sandwiches in 10 minutes
- 150-200 g boiled medium shrimp without shell and head
- 80-100 g of prepared mussels in oil
- 3 green onion stalks
- 200g soft cream cheese
- 3 tbsp capelin caviar
- 1 large very ripe tomato
- 12 large pieces of bread for toast
- 3 lettuce leaves
- salt, freshly ground black pepper
Method of preparation:
Cut each shrimp lengthwise in half.
Mussels fold into a sieve, transfer to a Board and chop quite coarsely.
Very thinly slice the spring onions. Mix it with soft cream cheese, gradually, continuing to mix, add capelin caviar. You should get a homogeneous mass.
Cut the tomato into thin circles, a little salt and pepper generously. Grease 4 pieces of bread with caviar and cheese mass.
On each greased piece, put either shrimp or mussels. For a seafood place tomatoes on a tomato – lettuce.
Assemble the sandwiches by stacking 2 pieces of bread with the filling on top of each other and closing with a third “empty” piece. Slightly press down the sandwiches, so that the layers do not fall apart. Pierce each from two opposite corners with skewers and cut diagonally into two triangular pieces.
