Tropical smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 orange;
  • half a red grapefruit;
  • 1 banana;
  • ice (to taste);
  • sprig of mint.

Method of preparation:

Send citrus fruits to the juicer or squeeze fresh by hand. Cut bananas into pieces, put in a blender cup, pour the juice and whisk. If desired, you can add a few ice cubes.
