Turkey bacon sandwiches
- 300g ground Turkey
- 150 grams of chopped sausage, chorizo
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 8 thin slices bacon pancetta

- 4 Focaccia tortillas (broken in two) or classic Burger buns

Method of preparation:
Mix mayonnaise with garlic in a small bowl and set aside. Mix the chopped chorizo sausage and ground turkey in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Form 4 cutlets 2.5 cm thick from this mixture. Heat a large frying pan over medium heat. Add olive oil and pancetta slices. Fry them on both sides until crisp, about 3 minutes. Put on paper towels. Place the Turkey steaks in the same pan. Cook for about 5 minutes on each side. Turning them toasted side up, put a piece of cheese on each steak to melt. Assemble the Burger.
